Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” ~ Psalms 91:1-2 NIV

The words "refuge" and "fortress" are defined as places of protection where people can feel safe. Staying in such a place assures you that nothing bad will happen. You can be confident that you are well protected against any form of danger. However, to be or feel that you are in a place like this, we must ask for it; we must seek and accept God as your Saviour.
When facing problems, worries, troubles, or uncertainties, we should not rely solely on our own strength or on others to resolve them. Instead, we must always communicate our concerns to Him, and He will respond in the best and most unexpected ways; where resolutions might be unnoticeable. We should learn to trust and have faith in Him, proclaiming that He is our refuge and our fortress in all circumstances of our lives.
Knowing that God is always with us, wherever we go and whatever we do, it allows us to live peacefully, understanding that everything happening in our lives is according to His plans.
Be more prayerful. We should rely more on God than on ourselves in all aspects of our life. I must trust Him and have faith that He has plans for everything and that He will save me from any dangers in life.
